Depa – listed on the Dubai International Financial Exchange and the London Stock Exchange – operates mainly in the luxury fit-out sector (everything from yachts to airports). It is also a provider of manufactured products and procurement services.

Deco Global Interior Solutions

Deco Global ensures that every project fit-out is a class apart. Since 1976, Deco has grown to be one of the largest interior contractors and furniture manufacturers in the UAE, offering uncompromising standards of management, design, construction and manufacturing.

Deco’s one-stop service includes shop-fitting, office fit-out, specialist contracts, space planning, interior design, joinery works, contract furnishing and refurbishment works. With plans to go global, Deco has already expanded its horizons by delivering projects throughout the GCC region, and bagging contracts for exciting projects outside the region, including Louis Vuitton.

Pino Meroni Yacht Interiors

Pino Meroni Yacht Interiors specializes in manufacturing high quality interior fit-out and furniture for yachts and super yachts worldwide. The company’s management and project team run a 12,000 square metre factory in Dubai Investment Park. The firm is supervised by globally renowned yacht interior specialists.

The factory consists of over 300 craftsmen who combine traditional hand skills with new-age technology. The company has a full-fledged engineering department, with design coordinators and AutoCAD operators to assist shipyards as well as designers. From design development to finished interiors, Pino Meroni is a one-stop solution for luxury yachts.

Eldiar

The Eldiar factory was set up in 1989 to cater to the massive construction boom in Abu Dhabi. In the initial stages, Eldiar concentrated its efforts on researching and studying the relevant needs of the country, from the climate and culture to the requirements of the commercial and industrial sectors.

Today, Eldiar is the first choice for those who want superior finishes to their interiors.

The company handles everything from doors and wardrobes to furnishing of hotel rooms and lobbies on a turnkey basis. Additionally, refurbishment and other high quality wood work by qualified professionals in carpentry and joinery ensure that international standards are met at every stage of production.

Depa Albarakah

Depa Albarakah specializes in gypsum products and false ceiling contracting works. Over 450 qualified workers as well as engineering and supervisory teams make up the company’s workforce.

The company has proven its capability, commitment and high international standards through its projects in Dubai. Burj Dubai, Rose Rotana, Dubai International Airport, Dubai Festival City-Harbor Plaza, Al Futtaim headquarters and Palm Jumeirah Tiara Residences & Hotel are amongst Depa Albarakah’s most famous projects.

Dragoni

Dragoni International specializes in furniture manufacturing for both mass production and unique creations. The company also does the supply and fit-out of soft and hard furniture.

Dragoni has proven itself through its impressive project portfolio, which includes Burj Dubai Residences, Jumeirah Beach Residences, Al Murooj Complex, Emirates Hills Residential Complex, Arabian Ranches in the UAE and Discovery Bay in Hong Kong.

Mivan Depa

A joint-venture company, Mivan Depa is known for its modern and proactive approach to interior solutions. A pioneer in specialist construction, Mivan Depa’s project management and interiors fit-out capabilities usually extend to high-profile events, exhibitions, museums and all kinds of spaces developed to attract visitors.

Clients have access to its in-house design development, project management, and manufacturing and costing skills. Clients can also avail itself a dedicated team of professionals responsible for graphics, audio-visual software and hardware, scenery, props, display cases and interactive exhibits.

DDS Asia Holdings

DDS is a joint venture between Depa and Design Studio, Singapore’s premier furniture manufacturer and interior fit-out specialist.

DDS aspires to provide clients with comprehensive tailor-made solutions coupled with sound project management skills. With Design Studio’s manufacturing facilities in Singapore and Malaysia as well as Depa’s excellent track record in interior solutions, DDS aims to conquer the hospitality and commercial sectors within Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam.

In Singapore, DDS Contracts & Interior Solutions is poised to be a leading player offering complete fit-out suites, including turnkey and retrofitting services, to both new and existing hospitality and commercial projects.

Lindner Depa Interiors

Lindner Depa was established in November 2007 with the objective of becoming the region’s leading interior fit-out contractor for transport terminals, hospitals, clean-rooms and commercial buildings.

Customers will benefit from the synergies arising from the new Lindner Depa venture. This includes complementary and individual competencies of separate partners such as long-term international contracting experience, global production facilities, procurement power and market knowledge.

Design Studio

Design Studio, listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange Board, is a powerful associate of the Depa Group.

Design Studio has three complementary and versatile core businesses. These are the supply and installation of manufactured products such as doors and system kitchens; complete suite of interior fit-out services to hospitality and commercial developments; and exclusive distributorship of renowned imported brands for Singapore and export of two in-house premium brands – PANELZ and i.FORMZ.

Design Studio provides clients with relevant advice on product designs, material usage; and value-added solutions and costing right from the planning stage of the development until final execution of the project.

JWiCO

Listed on the Amman Stock Exchange, Jordan Wood Industries Company is a wood manufacturing specialist, supplying and providing solutions for wooden furniture. This Depa associate was established in 1975 with factories built on a total land area of 21,000 square meters.

JWiCO has the largest share in Jordan’s hotel-furniture manufacturing market and has built long-standing client relationships by providing high-end services, on time and within budget. The company has more than 30 years of experience and is considered to be the region’s leading manufacturer for all kinds of furniture.

Thai Carpet

Thailand Carpet Manufacturing PLC was established in 1967 and is recognised as a world leader in the production of handmade carpets, rugs, and fine-woven Axminsters. This Depa associate, listed on the Thailand Stock Exchange, is better known by its brand name, “Royal Thai”. The company excels at translating the most sophisticated designs into luxurious works of art that enhance the world’s finest hotels, restaurants, theatre chains and even luxury yachts.

Headquartered in Bangkok, Royal Thai offers state-of-the art manufacturing facilities where highly skilled craftspeople weave exquisite carpet designs by hand, using the finest raw materials available. Each step in the production process is carefully monitored to ensure exceptional results.

With a team of in-house experienced designers, the company can provide brand-new designs from scratch or enhance existing designs, providing clients with the best possible creative solutions.

Decolight Trading

Decolight Trading Co. LLC is a prominent supplier of lighting fixtures and innovative lighting solutions in the UAE. This Depa associate supplies all kinds of light fixtures from recessed down lights and LV spotlights to runway lights, stadium flood lights and underwater lights.

Decolight are the sole distributors for renowned European lighting manufacturers such as Targetti Sankey SPA, Esedra, Victoria, MLE, Exterior Vert, Ghidini Illuminazione, and Lombardo to name but a few.

Decolight’s well experienced team of lighting engineers can also provide lighting consultations, luminous calculations, lighting distribution, CAD and Shop Drawing for all types of projects.
